By creating an account or using Rslip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Rslip is a cloud-based business management platform that provides invoicing, purchase management, CRM, and financial reporting features. The service is currently offered free of charge during the early access period.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for use by one business entity. You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Rslip. We do not claim any rights over your business data. You can export your data at any time using the built-in backup feature.
You agree not to use Rslip to store or transmit illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rslip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business losses resulting from service downtime or data issues.
During the early access period, all features are available at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Existing free-tier users will be given advance notice of any pricing changes.
While we perform regular database backups, we recommend you download your own backup regularly using the Financial Reports → Backup feature. We are not liable for data loss.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Rslip is a tool to assist with business management. It is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. GST calculations are based on the data you provide — you are responsible for verifying accuracy with your chartered accountant. We are not liable for tax filing errors.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
